| Kawartha Durham Kart Club Hosts Toronto Kart Club |
Kawartha Durham Kart Club will be hosting the Toronto Kart Club this Sunday (June 3) at Kawartha Downs and Speedway in Fraserville, Ont., just outside of Peterborough.
Classes for the day will include Novice, Junior Lite and Heavy, Senior Lite and Heavy and Masters. TKC will be bringing their Subaru classes, and as always the KDKC welcomes shifter karts, all Rotax and Briggs & Stratton classes to join the club for the a great day of racing.
Track layout for the day will be the always popular long layout #1, which is over 1-km in length and will test the mechanics ability to set up the karts to run on the high speed banked oval of Kawartha Speedway.
The cost for racers is $70 per class, and spectators are encouraged to attend, free of charge. Gates are open at 7:30 am, and racing begins at 10:00 am.
The next event for KDKC will be their Father’s Day Special on Sunday, June 17.
